Kia Sedona Wheel Seal Parts Questions & Answers

  • Q: Where Are the Driveaxle Oil Seals Located?
A: The wheel seals are on the transaxle sides. If a leak is suspected, raise the vehicle and inspect for lubricant below the seal. To fix this, remove the driveaxle. Use a screwdriver to pry the wheel seal out. If it can't be removed, use a special tool from auto parts stores. To install, use a seal installer or large socket to drive the seal into the bore. Lubricate the seal lip with grease. Install the driveaxle. Adjust the fluid level if needed.
