How to remove and install the door trim panel, window regulator, and door module on Kia Spectra?

Remove the door trim panel and, if applicable, the plastic watershield. Remove the screws that retain the door window glass, then lift the door glass and have an assistant hold it upright. Disconnect the electrical connector from the window regulator motor and remove the regulator/motor assembly mounting nuts to take out the window regulator/motor assembly from the door. For installation, reverse the removal process and lubricate the rollers and wear points on the regulator with white grease before installation. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power window motor and from the latch assembly, then detach the clips that secure the wiring harness to the door module and set the harness aside. Disconnect the lock rod and outside handle rod from the outside handle, then remove the power window motor. Remove the door speaker, followed by the door latch fasteners, and then remove the door module bolts to take out the door module. For installation, reverse the removal process. Remove the mounting bolts and take out the manual window regulator assembly through the service hole in the door frame, and for installation, reverse the removal process while lubricating the rollers and wear points on the regulator with white grease before installation.
