Kia Warranty

Warranty Information
There is no warranty coverage of any type of items that are installed on non-US vehicles. Items installed on models or years that they are not listed for are not covered by any warranty.

All of the genuine Kia Parts and Accessories are covered by manufacturer's 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. Electrical items must be returned to us first for inspection to qualify for warranty coverage. The parts we carried are designed specifically for vehicles originally sold in the United States.

This warranty does not cover: parts distributed or exported outside the 50 States; parts that are not installed on the correct vehicle applications; parts that are installed on non-U.S. vehicles or vehicles for off-road usages; deterioration of any part due to normal use and exposure; and parts installed in a car in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual mileage cannot be determined.

Warranty Claims
Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. All parts and accessories we sell are 100% warranted against manufacture defects in material or quality. In the event you have warranty claim (part installed and failed within the 12 months period), the following procedure must be followed:

  • Customer needs to fill out a RMA form and a warranty form to ship back with the defective part.
  • Customer must document the symptoms of the defect when returning any part under warranty.
  • VIN is required for all warranty returns, as well as the name of the registered owner and address if different than the one on the sales order.
  • All warranty claim parts and accessories will be inspected for eligibility upon receipt.
  • Replacements will be sent once the inspection is completed and the warranty is approved.
  • All returned parts must be shipped complete. Any missing component on the warranty claim item will result in denial of the warranty request. In addition, refunds cannot be made for warranty parts, only replacement. Labor for installation of a warranty part is not reimbursable.

The VIN of the vehicle must be a U.S. specification vehicle. Warranty will not be honored for vehicle with VIN no. outside of U.S.

The warranty claim will be denied if the part does not meet the manufacturer's warranty guidelines (such as improper installation, abuse, physical damage, etc.). If this happens, customer will be given the option to have the part back; but he or she will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
