    Sportage owners must replace the entire passenger compartment fuse and relay box because the turn signal and hazard flasher parts live here. Fixing the problem requires both fuse replacement and replacing the relay box. Remove the left instrument panel end cover. Release the panel by unscrewing the passenger compartment fuse box lock. Take the fuse and relay box out from the dashboard, then disconnect all power cords at its back. Take every fuse and relay from the old box and put them in the new one. Installation is the reverse of removal.
