Kia 0K2DJ51030 Passenger Side Headlight Assembly

For 1994 and 1995 models, start by disconnecting the electrical connectors from the headlight and front combination light, then remove the grille mounting screws and take off the grille. Next, remove the mounting screws for the front combination light assembly and take out the combination light, followed by removing the mounting bolts for the headlight assembly to detach it. Installation follows the reverse order, ensuring to adjust the headlights afterward. For 1995-1/2 and later models (except Sportage), remove the mounting bolts for the headlight combination light assembly, pull out the headlight assembly, disconnect the electrical connectors, and then remove the assembly, with installation being the reverse of removal. In Sportage models, loosen the fasteners securing the radiator/grille cover and raise it, then pull up the headlight mounting bar to release the headlight housing and remove it after disconnecting the electrical connector. Installation is again the reverse of removal.

With the high beams on, the high intensity zone should be vertically centered just below the horizontal line.
