    Once every 3000 miles/ every three months the doors, hood, as well as the trunk hinges and latch assemblies should have a few drops of light oil or lock lubricant added to them. Furthermore, the door latch strikers need to be greased so that they do not corrode or wear out, and move smoothly in and out. The door and trunk locks should be cleaned and lubricated with the spray on graphite lubricant.
