Kia 981102G100 Windshield Wiper Motor Assembly

Remove the trim caps covering the wiper arm mounting nuts, unscrew the nuts, and mark the position of each wiper arm to its shaft before removing them. Use a battery terminal remover if necessary. Then, remove the plastic cowl cover, disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor, and take out the wiper motor and link assembly by removing the mounting bolts. Pry the linkage rod from the crank arm pivot of the wiper motor, remove the crank arm nut, and mark the crank arm's relationship to the motor shaft before detaching it. Finally, remove the wiper motor mounting bolts and detach the motor, with installation following the reverse order of removal.
