Kia 353012P000 Regulator - Pressure

Relieve the system fuel pressure, disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal, disconnect the vacuum hose and the fuel return hose from the fuel pressure regulator, put a small metal pan or shop towel under the fuel return hose, loosen the spring-type hose clamp, slide it down the fuel return hose and disconnect the fuel return hose from the pressure regulator, remove the pressure regulator mounting bolts, remove and discard the old fuel pressure regulator O-ring, install a new O-ring on the regulator, coat the new O-ring with a little clean engine oil to protect it from damage when installing the pressure regulator, start the engine and check for fuel leakage at the regulator.
