How to Remove and Replace a Radiator?

Disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove engine splash shields and engine covers. Take out the air filter housing, battery and tray, disconnect fan motors' wiring. Drain the cooling system, detach radiator hoses and reservoir hose. Disconnect transmission oil cooler lines, remove radiator cover and slightly separate condenser from radiator. Unbolt radiator mounts, remove radiator and cooling fan shroud assembly. Inspect and clean radiator. Reinstall in reverse order, refill cooling system with antifreeze-water mix. Start engine, check for leaks, let it reach normal temperature, recheck coolant level and add if needed. Check transmission fluid level and refill as necessary.
