To remove the outside mirrors, turn counter clockwise the number of indicated torques the mirror trim cover and then pull it off and disconnect the electrical plug if there is any. The three mirror retaining fasteners located in this area must then be undone and after pulling out the foam the insulation the mirror can be pulled off and the mounting fasteners loosened. For uninstallation, remove steps are the opposite of installation steps. For inside mirror pull the mirror arm upward and it detaches from the mounting bracket and for installing reverse the process of removing. If the mount plate has been removed from the windshield, then there are adhesive kits sold in auto parts that must be followed as previously illustrated.
