Kia 5911038306 Booster Assembly-Brake

Begin by removing the brake master cylinder. For some models, it may be necessary to entirely remove the brake lines that cross in front of the master cylinder. Carefully disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster, then remove the brake pedal return spring near the top of the brake pedal, followed by the clevis pin retaining clip and the pin. Remove the four fasteners holding the brake booster to the firewall and slide the booster straight out until the studs clear the holes.

The brake system should be inspected every time the wheels are removed or whenever a defect is suspected.
