    Go to the right rear corner of the engine compartment, behind the strut tower on the right side. The chassis acceleration sensors of 1998 and later models are found in that area. Press down with your thumb on the wire retainer while you remove a connection from this device. After this, get rid of two bolts and you will easily disengage a sensor from a vehicle's body. Finally, as long as you tighten them securely, ensure that these parts are fixed upon replacement.
