To replace the coolant reservoir, use a small clamp to pinch the hose connecting the reservoir to the radiator, place a drain pan under the reservoir, and disconnect the hose. Next, remove the mounting fasteners and lift out the reservoir. Pour any remaining coolant into the container, wash out, and inspect the reservoir for cracks and chafing. Installation is the reverse of removal.
