Where is the air filter located in the engine compartment on Kia Sedona?

At the left (driver's) side of the engine compartment is located inside a housing that has an air filter. It is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector of Mass Air flow (MAF) sensor from the sensor on the air filter housing. For 2005 models and earlier, unscrew cover mounting screws are recommended as one way of removing them, while for 2006 and later models clamps holding together two halves of air filter housing have to be released. Separate the cover halves and remove the air filter element. Examine its outer surface for any signs of dirtiness.
