The fuel pressure sensor is connected directly to the fuel line and is mounted close to the under part of the car, mostly near the right front corner of the fuel tank. Start with the removal of the cable in question with the negative terminal of the battery. The third step is to pop the fuel filler cap to allow pressure to be released inside the fuel tank to gather. Next, unbolt the second row rear seat from the left side of the car and tilt the carpet flap. Following that, the fuel pump/sending unit floor service hole cover should be deleted. Locate the fuel tank pressure sensor connector and unplugging it, afterwards, use a socket wrench to unscrew the fuel tank pressure sensor mounting nuts at the top of the fuel pump module and pulling the sensor off. Replace the O-ring/gasket as earlier to the procedure and then the fuel pressure sensor has to be bolted into place before tightening the nuts and reconnecting the electrical connector. Last of all, join the battery cable back to its position normally.
