To check brake functioning, begin by unscrewing the wheel lugnuts and lifting the vehicle with a jackstands. Remove the wheel and put back the lug nuts to keep the disc in place. If necessary, add washers under the lug nuts. Remove the
Brake Caliper supporting it with wire. Take away also caliper mounting bracket and look at over disc surface damage. Deep scoring will require removement of disc and refinishing it. During braking check both sides of the disk for pulsating that may show disk runout. When conducting a runout test, use a dial indicator that does not surpass specified limit of run out .Fix any pulsation by resurfacing discs. Use a micrometer to measure disc thickness and make sure it is not less than minimum requirement. To dismantle or remove the disc , you can take off lugs nuts or retention screws on it .Should they be stuck; you could bolt them out from their hubs. Position back in place both caliper mounting bracket as well as calipers.Remove frets completely before installing these parts on your car.Lower down your car, fasten all magnetos then step on its break until pad touches discs' surface.Don't fail to verify break performance.Pads should be in contact with discs while testing operations after assembly from all components required for this task before engaging into driving activity again.
