I have to unbolt the brake caliper, the caliper mounting bracket, and the brake disc from the hub removing the brake caliper from the wheel by wire to prevent putting the brake hose in stress. Finally drain the grease from the stub axle/ bearing housing opening and then remove the bolts used to mount the hub/bearing assembly onto the back of the steering knuckle, note that these bolts should be discarded. If the splines of the driveaxle are stuck in the hub, then place the two-jaw puller in a manner that would push the driveaxle out. For installation, make sure that the mounting surfaces have no sharp edges and no debris is present, the greasing of the driveaxle splines should be done with the multi-purpose grease, and then you have to fit the hub/bearing assembly on to the driveaxle and into the steering knuckle till it snaps into place. Place a new hub/bearing assembly on to the wrap and fasten with new mounting bolts to the recommended torque and re-connected the wheel speed sensor harness. Bolt the brake disc, caliper mounting bracket and caliper in place and torque the bolts to the recommended value. Lastly, place the driveaxle/hub nut and tighten it and at the same time, other person must apply the brakes followed by placing the wheel and the lug nuts in place and drop the vehicle then tighten the lug nuts to the prescribed torque.
